Served on the Half Shell, Ice Cold over a Bed of Crushed Ice and served with Tulkoff Cocktail Sauce, Housemade Mignonette, and Lemon Wedges
With an emphasis on Chespeake Bay ‘Farm to Table’ dining, Denson’s has quickly become one of Eastern Virginia’s Rising Culinary Stars. Sourcing only Fresh, Never Frozen Fish and Shellfish. Oyster are served in a Variety of ways. From Grilled Drago Style, Rockefeller and Cackalacky. The Oyster Stew is Simply prepared, using Fresh Shucked Oysters (Sourced from Capt. Faunce Seafood of Montross, VA) Butter, Oyster Liquor, seasonings and a ‘Bit’ of Heavy Cream for color. served with Oyster Crackers. The Fried Oysters are ‘Lightly coated using House Autry Breading. Our Half Shell Oysters are sourced from growers throughout the Chesapeake Bay Region. Served Ice Cold over a Bed of Crushed Ice, on the Half Shell with Tulkoff Cocktail Sauce, House Made Mignonette and wedges of fresh lemon.
