Our dye and fiber studio welcomes all those who love to spin, weave, knit, crochet and felt. We create beautiful one-of-a-kind hand dyed yarns on luxury bases which include alpaca, angora, bfl, baby camel, bamboo, cashmere, merino, mohair, qiviut, silk, Tibetan yak and more.
Shearing occurs once a year and we make our own sheeps’ wool available in a variety of ways. Whole raw or washed fleeces are perfect for those fiber artists that want a ‘sheep to finished object’ project. We also offer natural and dyed batts and top from our sheep. Art yarn spinners will usually find some fun Teeswater curls from our flock too.
We have beautifully blended merino, silk and bamboo combed top fibers for spinners, spindlers and felters. And you can create your own custom blended art batt by picking your favorite fibers and then trying your hand at our jumbo electric carder to blend your fiber treasures together. We even carry hand spindles so you can jump right in.
And if you’re looking for giftables for special occasions or just everyday smiles, we’ve got that too. Our famous Soap in Sheep’s Clothing felted soaps are perfection as hostess and holiday gifts. They’re a great gift for yourself as well…your skin will thank you! Also on hand are custom wearables, all natural pet toys and beautifully functional homegoods. You’ll find the perfect gifts.
We’re small, but creatively mighty and tiny but charmingly fun. We’re just 7 minutes from downtown Onancock in the quiet waterman’s community of Deep Creek.
